So, if pot is legalized soon in VA(with restrictions), yet there are no

sales, isn't the illicit drug trade still working behind the scenes? Yeah, people can grow the plants(4 per household according to the proposed changes), but I thought it was illegal to sell the seeds.

I'm thinking the TruHarvest farm in Christiansburg wasn't so much about Hemp and CBD, but more about establishing the operation so they can quickly transition when sales become law. Pretty smart.
