Do you spread it? that is the way to make money


Our boyscout troop sold mulch and for $1 a bag, they would spread it. Scouts and parents would work the weekend delivering and spreading. At the end, the profit was totaled, dived by the hours worked and each scout got the money for the hours for them and their family. Money could be used for any events, etc. 3 years, we never paid for anything because of that weekend.
