Yeah, I've called them four times, this being the fifth....

and the 4 times got the standard "You'll get it in six weeks (bye)" answer. I guess the tax advocate acts as a screener and once she verifies you don't just have a basic top ten "how-to" question and not a screamer, she's got the secret speed dial to that fifth person who really does know what's going on.

Still, from the August letter til now, eight months? really?
