I just take a teaspoonful of apple cider vinegar every morning


Actually hate the "take the first one available" answer... just another example of "messaging" we're being treated to. eg that's not the question I asked, do not presume why I'm asking.

However, it does look like they are "astonishingly" close in performance so draw your own conclusion.
