Yes, we almost lost to a bad VMI team (more)


However in baseball, you can't draw a conclusion from a single game. It's more about the series. Anyone remotely in the same league can beat anyone on any given day, especially a one-off midweek game when all of your best players aren't playing (especially the starting pitcher). We should beat VMI 7-8 times out of every 10, but that's still a 20-30% failure rate. Personally, I'm taking these midweek games with a grain of salt.

Baseball is my favorite sport. I have 4 TVs downstairs and love it when I can watch the Braves, VT baseball, and VT softball at the same time.
