After winning 3 of 4 at Duke, I thought Tech was establishing themselves...

as the top team in the ACC, but the weeks following have shown me that Tech is more of a #20-#25 type team. Florida State looks like the best team right now but Clemson is playing well too. Notre Dame is playing their best ball right now. Duke and Tech are about the same despite our 3 wins in Durham. NC State needs some RPI improving wins to have a chance at the NCAA's and maybe they can take a few from Duke next weekend even though I feel like Duke will win 3 of 4.

I don't know if Tech can turn things around in a few weeks. Maybe they'll surprise us and everything will begin to click. We have to remember that Tech is one of the younger teams in the ACC and it's more likely that what we are seeing now is what we'll get for the remainder of the season. Keely has been solid, even in her 2 recent loses. Brown has also been playing well. Liberty will be a good test. I'm sure that they and future opponents will pitch to us like Notre Dame did all weekend. Our batters have been exposed, now they need to correct it.
