Hold up your arms up at a 45 degree angle to make a "V" shape, then hold your one forearm horizontally in front of you and hold the other vertically in the middle of the forearm to make a "T" (he's doing that in one of the pictures but he's holding something in his right hand so he's using that instead of just his arm). I first noticed him doing it a couple years ago. Not sure how long he was doing it. The students noticed it and started chanting "V-T" while he was doing it, and started joining in. I must have missed the game where he was sitting with the Cassell Guard. Pretty sure this cheer was part of this year's "Shout" video, but obviously not many would have seen it.
