So oldest daughter about to graduate from George mason

Son a year younger is a junior in nursing and rotc at James Madison. I did 529s for those two. They’ll each be left with about 30k in student loans they should be able to handle.

Four younger kids, two in high school, two in junior high. I have no money saved for college. One is junior in high school 6-3, decent girls basketball player, perhaps D2 or D3. Son is sophomore, 6-4, 265, could have been an offensive linemen till he was diagnosed with brain cancer. Getting chemo for that now.

Two youngest are great kids living in a three ring circus

So question, do I throw money into Bitcoin in hopes I turn 20k into half a million dollars, or just assume the government will make junior college free?
