So, just got an email saying my CC was declined...

monthly payment for my cell phone, so I log into ATT - not through the message I received - and yeah, they had the CC that was compromised last December and was replaced by a new card at the time with a different number.

So, they've been billing me monthly until yesterday. So, no problem, I'm paying what I owe, but I didn't authorize them to use the newer card where the monthly bills showed up. How does that work? Wouldn't it have been declined in January or February?
