Maynard's underappreciated....Cristofori?


Piano was definitely a big deal because you don't have to tune the things when the temperature in the room rises a few degrees, ie, a couple times during a concert. but was that musicianship? or just technical knowledge? Sure allowed a lot more ease and access to musicians to come. Kinda want to give it him but for all I know he couldn't play a lick
