He's trying to pack on weight while taking care of a daughter and go to school full-time while learning a new defense.

I can cut him some slack if he's late to meetings or missing days, once you have a kid you no longer get to create your own schedule.

Turner I'm not sure, I just don't think he likes the weight room much. That's fine if he produces but the fact that he keeps getting hurt and has had some big drops when healthy is a problem since those are things you can fix with hard work in the offseason. He is a fantastic ambassador for the VT program however so I support him fully.
