Apparently somebody sold our entire hood on Tran in the 70s

Most of the houses had original or second owners and no AC. Our AC struggled to cool the house in the worst part of the Summer - it was apparently designed for a small townhouse, not a two story house. Rebuild the house and put in dual zone cooling. One of the units only lived about a third as long as that little Trane.
