Brooks are by far my favorite "running" shoe

I went through a lot of them over the years, having favorites from Nike, New Balance, Saucony, Asics, etc., but I've finally settled on Brooks. They just seem to work best for me, and I'm talking about different models.

I had a pair of Brooks running shoes back in the 90s, but didn't like them. That was the only pair of Brooks I had purchased until about 10 years ago when I stumbled across Brooks Beasts. I've been wearing Beasts for quite a while until I decided to try some other Brooks shoes, thus my current pairs. I usually keep two different pair in rotation, and currently have Asics Gel Kayanos as my alternate pair.
