How involved is the SEC with crypto right now in the first place?

I thought theyw eren't really involved... and if ETFs launch for cryptos and the SEC is now regulating them, doesn't that get away from the intent of cryptos?

I'm confused by your last sentence... do you mean Q2 2021? What do you mean get out in January? January 2022?
