95 between Fredericksburg & Lorton is backed up in both directions all day,


everyday regardless of the time. Going north at 11 am, backed up, going south at 2 pm backed up.
I've had to make to 2 trips up there the last 2 weeks getting my bass boat worked on & traffic sucked every time. hopefully next week when I get my boat I won't have to on 95 north again this year.
