Need to add 2-3 additional hires at least


Iezzi, Davidson, and Lino were doing the same amount of work that UNC has 7-10 people doing, all while trying to make up for Fuente's complete lack of aptitude in recruiting.

Lino literally has conversations and maintains friendships with recruits that didn't even sign due to our coaches. Davidson is finding all kinds of kids and getting them to buy into VT sight unseen from Texas.
