Phillips hints at ACC network on Comcast by September

This article was printed on May 7 but thought I would provide a link to it in the RTD. Should load as a free article but the gist of his comments were that The ACC network will likely strike a carriage agreement with Comcast by September. The network discussion is toward the bottom of the article.
