I agree with a lot BUT I will say it could have more to do with relative


Youth on the roster. One reason I say that is in general our Fr & Sophs are the ones struggling the most after producing early. Especially bullpen guys and hitters. On the other side a Jr like Tanner Thomas has improved late in the season from the plate when he was doing very little early on. It’s almost like youthful enthusiasm carried them early but like a boxer who comes out swinging...it looks like we’ve worn ourselves out and are burnt out.
