More good news: Vincent finishes 2nd in Japan.
Vincent was in a 3-way playoff with Tomoharu Ostuki and Shaun Norris. Tomoharu Ostuki had the lead and bogeyed 18 to drop into the playoff and then double bogeyed the first playoff hole. Vincent bogeyed the second playoff hole to give the win to Norris
Vincent went 63-62 after being 28th going into the weekend that nets him 4.2 million yen ($38,550), He moves up to 33rd on the money list and he should get 8 or 9.6 (I don't know how the playoff is recorded) world points in tomorrow's release which should move him almost 50 spots to the cusp of the top 200 again. His olympic ranking will stay the same, but he'll have a lot more cushion between him and the bubble, so he can comfortably book his ticket to Tokyo.
