Slippery slope for who? Bakeries? Not for casinos & sportsbooks.


At least, not legally. There is no protected class for "good" gamblers.

Other than New Jersey, I think every state allows a casino to refuse service.

Even in New Jersey, the casinos have some wiggle-room. They can't refuse service, but they can tinker with your Limits, they can change dealers every 5 minutes, they can send multiple supervisors to the table (to scowl at you, I guess) --- basically, they can make the whole experience a major pain-in-the-butt.
