Way to go Hokie Softball, Keely was sharp early and the bats are rolling


I really felt like 3 runs was possible but 7 was a really nice surprise. Team speed really made the difference last night as they had 5 errors but some of those occurred solely because of our speed. If they want to get even more fired up today, they need to go listen to the UCLA coach talk last night in the middle of game. It fired me up! Apparently they can be easily accessed to scout than we can and they were not a prepared as they wanted to be. Sounded like her ego was hurt alittle and they don't see rise balls on the west coast.
