As many of you have found out, this is a fun and beautiful game. Plenty of drama, great & clutch plays and players and the scene in OKC is just special. I can’t wait to see the new stadium additions (new upper deck) they did that we missed out seeing last year.

And the Championship series beginning next Monday

Watching the WCWS when I was younger was the beginning for me (I’ll admit for the cute girls, lol). Went and watched a couple times as a student during my early years at VT, basically HS bleachers behind home plate, that was it. Coach Scot Thomas allowed me to plant and grow my seed of passion for the game of college softball, serving as a student manger for one year. Then parlayed that experience into my time here at UT (getting to go to OKC three times) that continues today.
