VASAP is ..


the program that gets you a restricted license and an ignition interlock system attached to your car. The alternative to VASAP is revocation of your license. You can get kicked out of VASAP for a violation of its terms, at which point your license is taken away and you can't drive for XX months.

The other entry would imply his suspended sentence of 60 days in jail is also up for review due to the violation. VASAP is listed as the complainant on that one so it's probably the same reason he's being kicked out of VASAP.
