What's this?

There are a lot of factors converging at once. People can't find care, so


people can't work. The market is hot so people aren't taking the first job they are offered, particularly if it's crappy wages; their buddy just got something better, why wouldn't they? I do think the benefits are keeping that shuffle going, but I don't know that is driving everything you see or even the primary cause.

I think it's going to take a while to shuffle out.
