How much money would they bring Big 12? Did UCF and USF get held back from Big 12 because Florida schools in other leagues and ESPN? UCF to me is sleeping giant.

Why did the BIg 12 desire Wvu without others? Namely ones mentioned above . Throw in Cincinnati!
