You bring up some excellent points


I can tell you 100% for sure WVU and the ACC are in communication and WVU would accept an invitation if invited. This wouldn’t happen until 2025 unless the Big 12 dissolves before (highly unlikely). There is good value in the remaining Big 12 teams for the ACC.

Iowa State is AAU, great fan base, getting strong in football and is not too far from ND and UL. I always thought if the Big 12 was divided up into other four conferences that the Cyclones would be a great addition to ACC with WVU.

Oklahoma State has good all around programs and has tremendous resources.

Kansas totally sucks in football but we all know what they bring in hoops.

Others would be good additions as well. Having exposure in Texas could only be a good thing. Most on this board love to bash the Big 12 but is far better than the dregs of the ACC which bring it down (BC, Wake et al)
