Summary: He is incredibly proud of the mental and emotional toughness he showed coming back from that rough end of the match loss in first round. He wanted Gold and felt like he made strategy/tactic mistakes in the first match. Felt if he had stayed away from underhooks and went more legs would have won (many here commented similarly). Tough to lose at the end on a step out. Said he also had to make weight again next day if wrestling but wouldn’t know if he was wrestling again unless his opponent made it to Finals later that day. Frayer said - we’re not waiting. You are going to get pulled back in, you’ll be ready to go wrestle for Bronze. Let’s go make weight. Said he loved Frayer saying let’s go. Tough to come back and do that after getting knocked out of your goal of Gold contention especially when you felt you could/should have won the match. Then said he still went for it, but wrestled smarter - attacking legs mixed with throw opportunities and won 3 matches for Bronze! Feels Great!
