It's not. Just assume the 3-points.

If you're implying that Vegas might assign 6-points as the Home Field, because of the old rivalry, and the bad blood from Big East days, and their fans might throw some pennies...............Vegas doesn't care. It is just another game on the schedule.

Just assume the 3-points.

You can even "see" this with some of the Computer ratings & systems. Look at Sagarin. You've got Hokies at 77.85 points, and then WVU at 77.43 --- then you add ~ 3 points as the Home Field, and you've got the spread.
