Shooter didn't miss, he just didn't finish the job.


As the shooter, you'd think there would be extra incentive to complete the job.

1) You have the normal incentive (you were paid for a job)
2) If you do the job half-ass, you're likely to get caught in investigation + arrest

But you know how it is --- hard to find good help in 2021, with all these people staying home on Unemployment. Sometimes you're forced to hire the first warm body.
