My opinion on this is, you don't take an elite All-American and move him up or down unless he is all in for the move. Maybe the move is discussed but it is his last year and he's been at 133 for his entire career....(except his injury year I think they discussed 125.) They will let the man finish out at a weight he obviously handles well nutritionally and performs an elite level.
