UVA develops?


Armstrong has less talent than Quincy. It’s just one example but he looks like a real quarterback. We need to be able to develop a QB with the “whisperer” and Corn. Our qbs don’t seem to improve much and we play scared. On a positive, I’m thinking UVA hasn’t forced a punt in 2 games. Did UNC or Wake punt?
