Armstrong. Mid level 3 star


Hardly a can’t miss prospect. I agree with you, he now is a big talent. My point is he was developed in someway at UVA. He was a mid 3 star with a few p5 offers..certainly not elite 11. He’s about the same rating as JJ who regressed it bud, HH and QP rated higher yet were not trusted or didn’t improve. We need a better qb coach.
