I've gotten calls for years that start with "Is Cindy there?"

Then the guy goes into his script about raising money for some (most likely fake) charity for police officers. The thing is that it's the same guy ever time and it's not a recording. I've responded with various lines like "You know dam well that Cindy isn't here" or I'm sorry, but Cindy has passed", but he just keeps going with his script.
