It is definitely not out of the realm of possibility he becomes a great shooter, and the clips seem to indicate that. Its just that if you go by what experience and statistical analysis tells you, he is far more likely to be a below 33% guy than above 33% guy.

But again, theres very much a possibility that isnt the case.
