and the longer it drags out the more possibilities come in to play. Recent reports indicated the sides were still talking and the original agreement got a short term(3 months I think) extension. No idea what that means and it could mean anything from they're close to one or both parties have other possible transactions and are buying time to see what might transpire. The Mouse has significant leverage and the fact they have not played that card yet is the other big question.
