Definitely not an easy pick

I feel your pain as I'm not totally sure who to go for. I was a Chadwell proponent but several posters have pointed out deficiencies that I was unaware of. I'm not so much sold that a guy can't be good if he doesn't have P5 experience. The P5 retreads and coordinators don't always excite me. We know a guy at a 'lesser' program needs time to learn about the jump up. I think a good example of this is as a President. I tend to lean towards a Governor as a good executive just a smaller level than someone who was at a 'higher' fed level as a Senator for example. Running a program is running a program. Being the lead guy no matter where it is comes helps with experience. Being the guy in charge somewhere matters. With that being said, I realize CJF was a lead guy and some coordinators turn out amazing. I personally like the lead guy on the up tick more than other options, but that's just me.
