Napier would be just like the Fuente hire, a home run on paper


They're very similar coaches in how they go about their business, I think Napier is a better fit given his time at big boy programs and experience on the east coast. He's also not a great recruiter nor some scheme mastermind, he was a decent OC (probably not as good as Fu) but he's only been fired once.

Worry is he's so similar to Fu that we could end up in a similar situtation 4 years down the line, and what he brings to the table isn't going to show immediate results because it's not some schematic genius like Kiffin.
