Once again the presser does not make a leader, however, if you are bored, here is 15 minutes of "IT FACTOR". No whining, appreciative, approachable, opportunistic, positive yet disciplined environment. Listen to the differences, it's truly a 180. This guy worked at Penn State and Alabama. Interestingly can relate to a lot of players. He was a walk-on, played numerous positions, and became a "star" type player, albeit at a lower level. He can relate to the guy dying to get in for one special teams play to the star of the team...he has to be considered IMO.
