We're all out of options at this point.

Dad got diagnosed with bile duct cancer earlier this year. They caught it kind of early so he had a shot at a cure. Went through chemo, the chemo did great and shrunk the tumors and they removed a liver lobe and a few lymph nodes that were cancerous in Sept. They believe they got all the cancer but things went downhill from there.

Unfortunately his liver is not really kicking into gear. He's been in the hospital for 30+ days at this point and he's got a 50/50 shot at getting out according to the doctors. If his liver doesn't fully kick in and process the bilirubin, he'll start going into organ failure eventually. The docs at MCV are perplexed and all we can do is wait and hope.

On top of this my mother-in-law is in hospice for breast cancer. So we could all use a little help right now.
