Army football could not compete in CUSA

I don't think Army football can compete in the Big Ten, the same for its other programs.

Navy has a better shot at competing in the ACC, but recent years have seen them struggle in the AAC.

P.S. Navy is not as big of a carrot for ND as some may think. Its only attraction would be one less ACC conference game needed if both ND and Navy joined.

P.P.S. There is zero evidence that the ND administration wants to join the ACC.
