There is no way around that. There can be no other position to reasonably take.

You want to force ND to unwillingly do something that it adamantly does not want to do.

How is that "honorable" or a sign of "good partners" and "mutual respect"??

You don't care that ND thinks that is the worst thing for the program. You are only looking out for VT and the ACC there.

I don't fault you for this, just want to point out that the ACC is on no moral high ground here.

Self interest, again.

ND told everyone that football was never joining the ACC long term.

That is a fact. A Google search will find lots of articles with those quotes and acknowledgment of same by the ACC, from 2003 (or before) to the present day.

That is the opposite of "duping" someone. That is using a bullhorn to loudly proclaim this.
