Many graduate in 3 years. They're probably more dedicated to their education than their sport. That doesn't mean they aren't giving 100% to their team. A lot of folks were disappointed when Carrie Eberle went to Oklahoma State for her final year of eligibility. After the sting of her leaving wore off, I actually thought she did what was best for her future. I appreciate the dedication Alexis Millius gave to the program and only wish her the best.
