The head coach and the expanded recruiting staff (which is different than assistant coaches works the recruiting 24 hours seven days a week . Head coach also goes out to community alumni high schools and student body for out reach . Also he and staff focus no 1 on student athlete experience and support .

That is not old school just coach football. It requires great increases in asst coaches and support staff. It requires more travel dollars for as requested for state wide travel to high schools events and recruiting
