That's Dooley defense and the 3-4 linebacker heavy


Dooley's defense at VT and UNC was very very good. IT was a bend dont break NFL exclusively uses it.

Beamer/Foster was more a 9-2 wide tackle six from jerry Claiborne. You stop em on the point of attack HOWEVER, if they get over your initial surge its open field. (we all
know that over the years Phil Emasian and Foster refined it alot, but still has always been a weakness.

This is not a judgement but 2 schools of thought and both work.
