Are they guys overrated out of HS or guys caught in a numbers game?


From what I’ve seen, some, but not many, transfers out of elite programs are the latter.

In general, I’d prefer VT target underrated 3* guys from say, Rutgers or Vandy, who have been quality P5 starters, but want to play at a higher profile program.
