I could see Duke hiring him and adopting his triple option. Monken is a great evaluator of high school talent and a great motivator. He gave Brent Pry his first chance at DC at Georgia Southern. Some say that his offense will decrease Duke attendance but I think winning will actually increase it. I hope Monken stays at West Point because he's the best coach that they have had in 60 years. He has turned unranked and 2-star players into 3 and 4-star players. Coaching at Army isn't an easy task. Lou Saban went 2-8-1 and Bobby Ross went 9-25. Schools like Duke, Vanderbilt and Northwestern are probably the only P-5 destinations that would fit Monken's style of offense.
