we wanted to up the buyout for other teams to poach him to make it harder for us to lose him. also gave him more money... but those buyouts go both ways so we had to up what we would pay as well. its one of those things we thought we would keep him longer than we did. its the price of doing business. I would guess there is a big buyout for Pry as well. and if in a few years we fire him no one will be happy about it as well.
