Same thing happened to me southbound on I95 near Fredericksburg

There was actually a cop driving straight at him and had to swerve out of the way as the driver then moved to the shoulder to pass the wrong way. Scarry for sure.

I called back to #77 an hour later and was told the driver was caught and nobody harmed.
