I think it's an issue anywhere there is a highway


I drive I95 between DC and Richmond quite frequently, and this year I probably saw 15 races of 5 or more cars. Many in the evenings after 10pm, but some during the middle of the day. Pass on the left, pass on the right, or pass on the shoulder at excess of 90 mph.

I used to drive 301 in SOMD but only a few times a year now. That was pretty bad south of Waldorf with motorcycles.
