You might be right

I don't think any player coming out of VT this year is a slam dunk. Waller is probably the first get drafted, and that is somewhat based on his position - CB very valued in the NFL.

I think Williams based on size and ability. but I'm no expert in these things. To me Barno was more unimpressive than Williams this year.
